茶碗蒸
材料:(6人份)
鸡蛋五个、鱼肉六片、香菇六朵 、虾子六尾、芹菜末一大匙。
调味料:①盐一小匙、米酒一茶匙、味精少许、 水或膏汤五杯。
做法:
1.蛋散后加入①料拌均调成蛋液。
2.备六个蒸碗,每碗放入虾子、鱼肉、香菇一朵 。
3. 再倒入蛋液至八分满,蒸约12~15分钟(为使所 蒸之蛋表面平滑,蒸时盖子不能完全封闭),最后 浇上芹菜未即成。
